Avoid eating any meal after this time, have a cup of tea, suck on a piece of hard candy or enjoy a small bowl of light ice cream or frozen yogurt if you want something sweet after dinner before 8pm, but then brush your teeth so you will be less likely to eat or drink anything .

3) Aerobic / Yoga

Give your time in Aerobics or Yoga depend upon your choice which one you favour. Do it for atleast 1 hr every day without any gap in a week. During this lockdown time atleast you are getting best time to utilize it with this 2 best process to lose weight.

4) Eat More Produce

Prefer to take all kind of Vitamin, Minerals, and fiber food during breakfast and lunch. Eating lots of low-calorie, high-volume fruits and vegetables

5) Add More Steps

Walking is the best way for every age group to lose weight, but due to this critical period. Please avoid to walk in park and road. You may use your house roof , garden or terrace for steps . Around 10,000 step every day should help you to lose weight.
